Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Berwick-upon-Tweed is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in the United Kingdom, GPhC No. 9012511. We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription medications to eligible patients.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if we determine that a service is clinically unsuitable for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your treatment and could pose serious risks to your health.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or authorised prescriber. No prescription will be issued solely on request.
Our team may contact you for additional information before approving your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a prescription at our clinical discretion. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid only for the medication, dose, and duration specified.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances during your treatment. Failure to do so may affect your safety and the suitability of your prescription.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If our prescribing team determines that treatment is clinically inappropriate, a full refund will be issued for the medication cost. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made to the UK address provided at the time of order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or third-party couriers, incorrect addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before submitting your order.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and regulatory reasons.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Our services are not a substitute for in-person medical care. The information provided through our platform is for clinical support purposes only and does not constitute a full medical consultation.
Weight loss medications may carry risks and side effects. You must read all patient information leaflets provided with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects, stop taking the medication and seek medical advice promptly. In an emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E.
We strongly recommend that you maintain contact with your NHS GP during the course of your treatment with us.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information is used solely to provide our services and will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law or for patient safety. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
